When will my items ship?
Most products are shipped within 3 days. All orders are subject to availability. please allow 7-10 Days for delivery. After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase. If there will be a delay in filling your order, you will be notified via email.

For UPS Ground, please consult our Time in Transit Map, and remember that the time shown is for number of business days, and begins on the first business day after your item has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting Customer Service. If it is too late to cancel because your order has been shipped, then Return Procedures must be followed.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Pieces may sustain minor damage during shipping or contain other small defects. This is very rare, however, if your product is damaged in any way, contact us immediately. If it is replaceable, we will send you an identical replacement. Any returns must be prearranged with a Ticket ID # at Support Center or the return will not be accepted.
